Once an application has been judged by a member of the staff, edited if need be and is finally approved by an Administrator, it is moved to the Approved Characters section. Once a character application is in the Approved Characters section, the member's approved character can now be used by him/her in the in-character region. If a member is inactive for as long as a period of 14 days without Administrative notice, his/her character application will be moved to the Inactive Characters section and cannot be used until that character returns with a viable reason.
